Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to give you a useful report and to follow up if you ask us to.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, from the form on the home page
• Your answers to the twelve diagnostic questions
• Anything you choose to write in a booking or contact form

How we use it

• To generate, save and email your report
• To verify your email with a one-time code
• To contact you about a consultation you requested
• To send marketing email only if you ticked the consent box

Retention and deletion

Unclaimed diagnostic sessions are deleted 90 days after they expire. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account page; anonymised scores are kept for aggregate statistics.
